Email the completed form to us at: info@yourcb.org.uk
Include a copy of two forms of identification - one to confirm your identity (such as a passport or driving licence) and one to confirm your address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement).
We will process your request and provide confirmation once your account is set up, allowing you to start saving with ease and peace of mind.
