  • The Trustee is usually the member opening the account, but another adult can be nominated if preferred.

If you’re a member and have children, grandchildren, or young relatives living with you in Croydon, Merton, or Sutton, you can open a Junior Saver Account on their behalf.

​Download and complete the Junior Saver Application Form

Email the completed form to us at: info@yourcb.org.uk

Include a copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport as proof of identity

​We will process your request and provide confirmation once your account is set up, allowing you to start saving for Christmas with ease and peace of mind.

JUNIOR SAVER - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN A JUNIOR SAVER ACCESS THEIR ACCOUNT?

The controlling adult is the Nominated Trustee and as such, have sole power to operate the account on behalf of the Junior Saver up until their 16th birthday.

HOW CAN I MAKE DEPOSITS INTO A JUNIOR SAVER ACCOUNT?

The easiest way to start saving with us is with a standing order or a one-off faster payment from your bank account.

CAN A JUNIOR SAVER ACCOUNT BE ACCESSED ONLINE?

Not currently, but this may be possible in the future.
