JOIN OUR TEAM
We are looking for volunteers to join our team at Your Community Bank. As our organisation continues to grow and evolve, volunteering offers a great opportunity to gain experience working in a busy office environment. It is a chance to build your career, develop new skills, and work alongside an enthusiastic and supportive team.

We welcome bright, enthusiastic individuals who are focused on providing excellent customer service and who share our belief in the Credit Union movement. We aim to deliver high-quality service to our members, and volunteers play a key role in helping us achieve that.

There are a variety of volunteer roles available, ranging from customer service to finance and IT. As an ethical and community-focused organisation, volunteering with us is a meaningful way to give back to your local community - and it is a highly rewarding experience. Volunteering can help you develop valuable skills across different areas, including customer service, finance, marketing, website content management, and process improvement.

Ideally, we are looking for volunteers who can commit to a few months of service, with a minimum of four hours per day on at least two days per week. However, we are happy to discuss flexible arrangements to suit your availability.
